This came across my desk from another group that I belong to, and while I haven't read all 47 pages yet, it seemed like it could be worthwhile. It's directed towards school personnel:

Alex Pagnani, a doctoral student in Gifted and Creative Education at the University of Georgia, has written a practical handbook for educators of the gifted dealing with that topic, and he has generously encouraged sharing it with all interested parties.
