Having Problems with Login

socal, you are still registered and everything looks ok from our end. Check your firewall, maybe it is not allowing the millermom site. Try logging in from a different computer if you can.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Try logging me out -- sometimes it seems that if I don't log out properly then I have a difficult time getting back in...

I am not sure, did you install any new virus/internet protection programs or updates?

When Kaspersky updated my program automatically, it also caused me to have this problem. I called them and it was something to do with their updated program.

My computer got infected so dh wiped the disk clean and reinstalled everything; and he installed a new virus protection program, Kaspersky. Do they have to do something on their end?

Call them and tell them your problem. They will walk you thru' and maybe ask you to reinstall the program again which is what I had to do.

Thank you for your help. When I went to show my husband the problem I was having logging in, I was able to login. I don't know what changed, but I didn't do anything different. Oh, the mysteries of the computer.
