- 12 Effective Ways To Help Your ADD/ADHD Child by Laura Stevens. This is pretty widely available in libraries, and also through Laura's website at users.nlci.com/nutrition/ An excellent basic reference ideally suited to those just beginning to investigate the topic of alternative treatments. It covers a wide variety of therapies, from vitamins, Omega-3 and amino acids to testing for yeast overgrowth and using neurofeedback. -The Magnesium Factor by Seelig and RosanoffYes, an entire book devoted to magnesium! Very readable, you don't need to be a scientist to enjoy or understand it. You also don't need to have ADHD to find it relevant, as it covers a wide range of health issues related to magnesium, including cardiovascular health and the neurodegenerative diseases of aging.- ADD: The 20-Hour Solution by Mark SteinbergIf you're considering using neurofeedback, you'll want to read this. Discusses what treatment involves and what you can expect. - Excitotoxins: The Taste That Kills by Russell BlaylockReally outstanding and readable book that discusses the fatal effects on our brains of the many harmful excitotoxins added to our foods (such as MSG and aspartame).

Well,I'm not sure how to start this..but Mayleng, are you offering these books for others to look at? I'll have to read up on exactly how to do it. I would LOVE LOVE to look at The Magnesium Factor and 12 Effective Ways by Laura Stevens!!!!I can't find a library in my area with either one...I"ve been searching for them. Let me know what I need to do next.

Okay,I am a dork. I thought I was under the book swap section, so just please ignore my above post.I will probably have to either buy them or have my library do an interlibrary loan for them. But I am glad to see that you think they are good books. Sorry.
