Sharon Tassone, a suburban Chicago mother who has an adopted teen son with FASD, has started a camp for other young people with FASD. They hired a nurse to administer medication at the camp. A pediatrician and a therapist also signed on to help. It appears to be the first of its kind in the country, and campers from as far away as California and Texas have attended.
