having trouble registering for the first time

I am trying to register for the first time. I did the following:
Quick Access info with Facebook
Entered my Username: Samantha
Entered email address (twice)
Entered the password:
Entered security check
Entered date of birth and gender

The site just went to a "diagnosis error"

I tried going back to the site again this time just to pro.com and typing in millermom that took me to the site.....when I went to login I received an error on the password.

I have not gotten an email at all to confirm anything, so I'm not sure what to do at this point.

I am truly concerned with a learning disability my daughter has and hoping that people on that site will be able to provide some insight.

Please email me as soon as you can so that I can get registered.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the problem may be that another member already uses the username "Samantha." You might try using "SamanthaX" with a number or initial, and see if that works.
