So last night was Open House at the boys school, parents only. I went to my younger son's 3rd grade classroom presentation and my husband went to DS's 5th grade classroom. DH managed to arrive late and while trying to quietly slip into to DS's seat, knocked a whole stack of papers off the teacher's desk and caused quite a commotion. At least the teacher now knows where DS gets it from! ;D On a more positive note I have to report that quite a few teachers commented on how much DS has "matured" since last year. So far it's been "no news is good news" but last night confirmed the fact that while he may have some organizational challenges, he is no longer a behavior problem. Keep your fingers crossed, I hope this keeps up.
