Hello all!!! Just wanted to toot my sons horn for a change and give him a thumbs up.... Another project was due last week, on Albert Einstein. A hard scientist to do a project on!!! Anyway try and explain the theory of relativity to a 4th grader... Anyway, it was a written report with a presentation. He aced the whole thing!!!!! He got 9 out of 10 on the written report and he got 20 out of 20 on the presentation. Needless to say he gives great oral presentations. The funny thing about this report was that we left it until the last two nights because I didn't know how to approach the topic. Normally when he has a presentation, we do trial runs at home for him to get the feel, but this one we never. He got up and winged it himself......done a fantastic job according to his teacher. When his teacher asked him what was the theory of relativity, he stated....objects in motion - stay in motion. WOW!!! I didn't even think he would remember anything we read. Anyway, one of my sons strongest features in school is that he is very outgoing when it comes to oral presentations. He is not shy and not afraid to talk in front of people. Hugh asset. TOOT>>>TOOT>>>> 29/30 for the last project of the school year. On another note, I noticed that some of your kids are already finished school. Our school considered primary here in Newfoundland, K-6 closes on June 23. When did your children get out of school??? You guys have a long summer ................. Betty Anne
