Thanks for sharing! I have to teach my 9 yr old to type (he can but it's a one finger thing lol). Here's also another good site.... I taught my other son very easily with this site here. www.sense-lang.org/typing/

Thanks! I'm trying to get ds9 into typing this summer. But He thinks typing is boring. My dd8 on the other hand really enjoys these typing games and she is getting pretty good. We downloaded the Tux Typing a few days ago. I think its pretty good, here's the link. tuxtype.sourceforge.net/screens/?PAGE=1The auntlee link has a tux typing download, But for some reason I couldn't download it on that site

My son's doctor recommended a program a few years back called Read Wrote and Type which she said worked on all the skills togeather. She is also a big supporter of any program of any kind that will get a disabled child on a level field with peers and typing needs to be very automatic to do that.

I personally like the typing game Typing of the Dead.
Why?
Shooting zombies with your typing skills = FUN
